Returns and Exchanges
WE ARE HAPPY TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with store credit. (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the shipped date.
The item(s) you purchased should be in it's original, unopened packaging (including unit carton) along with any accessories and free gift items if applicable.
All return or exchange items must be unused, in their original condition, and with product tags attached. If the items purchased include a branded box, this must also be returned undamaged.
Exchanging for a different size or brands is based upon stock availability. If available, we can reserve stock for you, and ship the item as soon as we receive the returned original item.
RETURN OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing our Customer Care team(firstname.lastname@example.org).
We may, where possible, offer to repair the item. If this is not possible, or not what you prefer, we will issue a replacement. Shipping, tax and duties' costs on faulty or damaged items/ replacements will not be charged after the initial delivery.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund - excluding initial shipping costs, tax and duties - will be credited to the account used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 to 28 days. Visa, Mastercard and American Express; and up to 40 days; depending on the individual card issuer's refund processing time.
